We (Jesselynn and Michael) run this blog and vendor guide called Wedding Mango and would love for you to use it. Our aim is to become the leading wedding resource in a number of English speaking South East Asian countries/regions. We hope to provide fun informative blog posts that will help and inspire would be matrimonial couples At the same time we wish to showcase the best and most creative talent that exists within the wedding industry. We also aim to provide an extensive listing of all the thousands of wedding relative businesses within our regions of interest. This we do for free, in the hope that this blog becomes the first port of call for any would be bride. We do however offer paid adverts to help businesses stand out and connect with more of their potential customers.

Wedding Mango has a global reach and as such our readership spans people from many different countries and religions, and from all walks of life. We are all different. If you contribute to this site please be tolerant of this, in other words, be nice. If you think that what you post may be offensive or abusive of other peoples' sensibilities, time and/or resources, then it probably is, and we may then seek prosecution to the full extent of the law.

The services offered by Wedding Mango ("Wedding Mango" or "we") include the main site or any subdomain of weddingmango.com (the "Wedding Mango Website"), and any other content, features, or applications offered at any time by Wedding Mango in connection with the Wedding Mango Website (collectively, the "Wedding Mango Services"). The Wedding Mango Services are hosted in the United Kingdom.

By using the Wedding Mango Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Wedding Mango Website) or you are a "User" (which means that you have registered and/or post content and/or advertise with Wedding Mango).

If you continue to browse and use the Wedding Mango Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Wedding Mango's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Wedding Mango Website or any Wedding Mango Services.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Your use of the Wedding Mango Website and any dispute arising out of such use of the Wedding Mango Website is subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

We may at any time, without notice to you, amend these Terms of Use. Please review these Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of Wedding Mango Services after any such amendments signifies your acceptance of our current Terms of Use

Use of the Wedding Mango Services is void where prohibited. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to be a Visitor or User of the Services.

By browsing the Wedding Mango Website or using Wedding Mango Services, you (i) represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and to fully abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Service and the transmission of any data imported to or exported from the United Kingdom or the country in which you reside.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Wedding Mango Services or are a User. Wedding Mango may terminate your use of the Wedding Mango Website, in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, at any time, without warning.

Wedding Mango reserves the right to alter, to depart from or to cease offering its free or paid Services at any time, taking into account Wedding Mango`s legitimate interests and reasonable consumer expectations. Wedding Mango will inform current Vendors/Advertisers by email if a Service is to be offered in the future for an increased fee. You can then decide if you want to continue to use such Service. Your continued use of the Service after the proposed fee modification has been posted for at least one month will be considered acceptance of the proposed fee modification.

If Wedding Mango terminates your use of any Service because you have breached this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees. Wedding Mango reserves the right for any or no reason to terminate a Vendor's/User's/Advertiser's use of a Service should a Service no longer be offered as free.

When you register to become a User, you will be asked to choose a password and are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another User. You agree to notify Wedding Mango immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

The Wedding Mango Services are for the personal use of Visitors and Users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Wedding Mango. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Wedding Mango Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Wedding Mango Website is prohibited. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Wedding Mango Services.

a. Wedding Mango does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the Wedding Mango Services. After posting or uploading your Content to the Wedding Mango Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By uploading, displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Wedding Mango Services, you hereby grant to Wedding Mango a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Wedding Mango Services.

Without this license, Wedding Mango would be unable to provide the Wedding Mango Services. The license you grant to Wedding Mango is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to Wedding Mango), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Wedding Mango is not required to pay you for the use on the Wedding Mango Services of the Content that you post), sublicensable (so that Wedding Mango is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the Wedding Mango Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the Wedding Mango Services are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the Wedding Mango Services except as to any Content that Wedding Mango has sublicensed prior to your removal of your Content from the Wedding Mango Services. The license does not grant Wedding Mango the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant Wedding Mango the right to distribute your Content outside of the Wedding Mango Services.

b. From time to time, Wedding Mango may contact you, on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates or commercial partners who may have expressed an interest in your Content.

c. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Wedding Mango Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Wedding Mango Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the Wedding Mango Services.

d. The Wedding Mango Services contain Content of Wedding Mango ("Wedding Mango Content"). Wedding Mango Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Wedding Mango owns and retains all rights in the Wedding Mango Content and the Wedding Mango Services. Wedding Mango hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display the Wedding Mango Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Wedding Mango Website and using the Wedding Mango Services.

e. The Wedding Mango Services contain Content of Users and other Wedding Mango licensors. Except for any such Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Wedding Mango Services.

a. Wedding Mango may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Wedding Mango violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. If at any time Wedding Mango chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Wedding Mango Services and Website, Wedding Mango nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.

b. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on the Wedding Mango Website or through any of the Wedding Mango Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Users and for your interactions with other Users. Wedding Mango does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Wedding Mango. Wedding Mango makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Users.

Through your use of Wedding Mango Services, Wedding Mango shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to monitor, refuse or remove any Content for any or no reason, including any Content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Wedding Mango Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. Wedding Mango may exercise its enforcement rights (see below) if a User transmits Illegal or Prohibited Content which includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole discretion of Wedding mango:

criticizes a business or individual

offends or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group

exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;

harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter;

links to gambling, drug related, political, or adult websites;

solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;

promotion of illegal or an unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as pirated films, music or computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices;

content that involves trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets; the transmission of junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, spimming, or spamming;

criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;

furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;

involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;

includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent;

covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any Wedding Mango page via HTML/CSS or any other means;

any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages;

interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Wedding Mango Services or the networks or services connected to the Wedding Mango Services;

attempting to impersonate another User or person;

using the account, username, or password of another User at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;

selling or otherwise transferring your profile, without our permission;

using any information obtained from the Wedding Mango Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;

displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the Wedding Mango Services on behalf of that person, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, or sending private messages with a commercial purpose;

posting, uploading, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any material that contains any malicious computer code (including spyware, worms, Trojan horses, viruses, etc.);

posting, providing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any information which violates regulations promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, or that of any securities exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange;

using the Wedding Mango Services in a manner insconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations;

Despite this prohibition, information provided by other Wedding Mango Users (for instance, in registration information or in comments) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and Wedding Mango assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the Wedding Mango Services by any person, please contact Wedding Mango at tos@weddingmango.com.

Engagement in Prohibited Conduct may result in Wedding Mango, in its sole discretion, taking one or more of the following enforcement actions:

removal of content

editing submissions to remove content that violates these Terms of Use

restricting or otherwise limiting accounts

banning accounts

reporting you to law enforcement authorities

any other action deemed appropriate by Wedding Mango

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of Wedding mango to terminate the account of any User who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to Wedding Mango by the copyright owner or the copyright owner`s legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Wedding Mango Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email Wedding Mango at tos@weddingmango.comwith the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Wedding Mango Services; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner`s behalf.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Wedding Mango Users. Wedding Mango reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users.

Use of the Wedding Mango Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference

Wedding Mango will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Wedding Mango Website or in connection with the Wedding Mango Services, whether caused by Users of the Wedding Mango Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Wedding Mango Services. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Wedding Mango takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on this Wedding Mango Website or through the Wedding Mango Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers.

Wedding Mango is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the Wedding Mango Services.

Wedding Mango assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any User communication.

Wedding Mango is not responsible for any technical malfunction or problems of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the Wedding Mango Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or uploading/downloading materials in connection with the Wedding Mango Services.

Under no circumstances shall Wedding Mango be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Wedding Mango Services, attendance at a Wedding Mango event, from any Content posted on or through the Wedding Mango Services, or from the conduct of any Users of the Wedding Mango Services, whether online or offline.

Wedding Mango does not assume any liability for the failure to store or maintain any user generated content or personal settings.

Wedding Mango cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Wedding Mango Services.

The Wedding Mango Services are provided on an "AS-IS" basis and as available. Wedding Mango does not warrant of timely, secure, error- and interruption-free provision of the Wedding Mango Services. Wedding Mango expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Wedding Mango cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Wedding Mango Services. The exclusion of warranties does not affect your right of withdrawal.

If there is any dispute about or involving Wedding Mango, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

1. If you are a sole trader, limited company, partnership, charity or public body, or any other type of legal entity by opposition to a natural person, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of England and Wales.

2. Either Wedding Mango or you may demand that any dispute between Wedding Mango and you about or involving Wedding Mango must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, United Kingdom. This does not apply when you are a natural person. The demand to settle a dispute by arbitration shall not prevent Wedding Mango from seeking injunctive relief or any other type of equitable remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEDDING MANGO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WEDDING MANGO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, WEDDING MANGO'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO WEDDING MANGO FOR THE WEDDING MANGO SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF USE.

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data imported/exported from the United Kingdom or the country in which you reside.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wedding Mango, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Wedding Mango Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the Wedding Mango Website or through the Wedding Mango Services causes Wedding Mango to be liable to another.

This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Wedding Mango Website or any of the Wedding Mango Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a User. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wedding Mango regarding the use of the Wedding Mango Services. The failure of Wedding Mango to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The failure of Wedding Mango to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Wedding Mango Service or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
